ArgusEdge is an AI-powered GDPR compliance assessment platform. The Platform scans publicly accessible websites to identify potential privacy compliance issues, generates compliance reports, and provides AI-generated privacy policy drafts.

3. Important disclaimer

ArgusEdge is a compliance assessment tool — not a legal service. Scan results, compliance scores, reports, and AI-generated privacy policies are provided for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal advice. We strongly recommend that you consult a qualified legal professional before relying on any output from the Platform for legal compliance purposes.

4. Accounts

You must create an account to access certain features of the Platform. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.

5. Acceptable use

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Use the Platform to scan websites you do not own or have authorisation to assess.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Platform.
• Use automated tools to scrape, crawl, or extract data from the Platform beyond its intended functionality.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform's infrastructure or other users' access.
• Use the Platform to compete with ArgusEdge by reselling scan results without authorisation.
• Misrepresent ArgusEdge scan results as legal certifications or guarantees of compliance.

6. Scanning third-party websites

ArgusEdge scans publicly accessible web pages using the same methods available to any web browser. By submitting a URL, you represent that you have a legitimate reason to assess the compliance of that website.

7. Free and paid plans

ArgusEdge offers both free and paid features. Pricing is displayed on our Pricing page and may be updated from time to time. Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis — contact us at glotech.innov@gmail.com.

8. Intellectual property

All content, designs, code, AI models, and branding on the Platform are the property of Glotech Innovations or its licensors. Scan reports and AI-generated content produced by the Platform for your use are licensed to you for your own business purposes.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Glotech Innovations shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Glotech Innovations from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any third party's rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or use the Platform in a manner that could harm ArgusEdge, its users, or third parties.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
